My wife and her sister and elderly mother where travelling from Meningie SA when they had a flat tyre on Saturday. They were advised to get the flat tyre fixed before driving too far ( they had to get to Hamilton and then onto Geelong). When they looked at web site on google it said the store would be open until 12pm that day. After continued phone calls and no answer they drove slowly at 80km, due to the smaller spare tyre they had to use, a hour to Tintinara where they found no one there at 11.30 am!!There could have been an answering service on the phone saying they were not open. This happened again at Keith Bridgestone !!! At least there was an answering service but the land line just suggested calling the mobile and the mobile suggested trying the land line ! Messages were left but to this day no one contacted them back !!!What bad PR . This made for a very long and slow trip back to Hamilton where a local Tyre guy gave up his time to look at the hole in their tyre. Just because you're in the country boys it shouldn't mean lack of service and lazy attitudes! Bridgestone needs to look at this!
